Through gas nitriding treatment, a compact hard nitride layer is formed on the working surface. Unlike ordinary painted steel welding tables, the nitrided layer will not peel off, resist welding spatter adhesion and reduce surface scratches during long-term clamping and welding operations.

Before processing, raw materials undergo stress relief treatment to minimize deformation risk under continuous heavy load and thermal impact from welding. Standard grid holes or T-slots are distributed evenly on the tabletop, compatible with standard clamps, positioning pins, fixtures and custom welding jigs, supporting flexible multi-point clamping and modular combination.
