Nitrided steel welding platform

The nitrided steel welding platform is a high-performance 3D flexible welding workstation manufactured from low-alloy steel plate. After precision CNC machining, the platform undergoes professional nitriding surface treatment to achieve superior hardness, wear resistance and anti-spatter performance, which makes it a popular alternative to cast iron 3D welding tables.

The tabletop is processed with standard grid hole system, commonly D16 or D28 holes with 50mm pitch. Holes are distributed on the top and four vertical sides to form a complete three-dimensional positioning system. Strict stress relief treatment is carried out to minimize deformation risk under welding thermal cycling and heavy load. The flatness tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm to guarantee consistent positioning accuracy.

Nitriding treatment forms a dense hardened layer on the steel surface. Compared with ordinary painted or blackened steel platforms, nitrided surface effectively repels welding spatter, reduces adhesion of molten slag, and withstands frequent high-temperature impact. It features outstanding abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. The surface does not require frequent grinding maintenance and remains smooth for long-term repeated clamping operations.

Steel substrate brings lightweight advantage versus cast iron tables while retaining good structural rigidity. It absorbs vibration during welding and assembly, preventing workpiece shifting. All standard accessories including positioning pins, clamping brackets, stop blocks and support fixtures can be freely combined to build flexible tooling quickly without custom jigs. Multi-angle clamping along X, Y and Z axes meets the fabrication demands of complex spatial workpieces.

This nitrided steel welding platform is widely used in sheet metal processing, pipe frame fabrication, mechanical equipment assembly, new energy industry, automotive parts and engineering hardware manufacturing.
