Our Cast Iron 3D Flexible Welding Platform is a high-precision modular fixturing workstation for welding, assembly and inspection. It is cast from premium HT300 grey cast iron and undergoes artificial aging & stress relief annealing to eliminate internal stress, delivering exceptional structural rigidity and long-term dimensional stability.

The tabletop and four vertical sides are precision machined with standardized grid hole system (D16 or D28 holes, 50mm pitch), forming a complete 3D coordinate positioning system. Flatness tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm, ensuring repeatable positioning accuracy for batch production.

Cast iron material boasts excellent vibration damping performance to stabilize workpieces during welding and grinding. The surface withstands welding spatter, thermal shock and abrasion, resisting deformation even under continuous high-temperature working conditions. Operators can quickly assemble a full range of accessories including positioning pins, stop blocks, adjustable clamps and support brackets to build customized tooling without dedicated fixed jigs. It realizes flexible multi-angle clamping in X, Y and Z axes to handle complex spatial frames, pipe components and structural parts.

Widely applied in machinery manufacturing, automotive component fabrication, new energy equipment, sheet metal processing and engineering structural welding. Compatible with MIG, TIG, MMA welding, assembly and dimensional testing. Suitable for both small-batch customized production and standardized mass processing.
