Can 3D welding table be used for stainless steel fabrication?

Yes, 3D welding tables are fully applicable and widely adopted for stainless steel fabrication, covering stainless steel frames, equipment housings, pipe assemblies, handrails, food machinery frames and decorative structural parts. Stainless steel welding has unique processing requirements different from carbon steel, and a properly configured 3D welding table with matched modular fixtures can effectively meet these strict standards while improving machining consistency.

Stainless steel materials are sensitive to heat input and prone to warping, buckling and thermal discoloration during welding. Without reliable multi-point positioning, thin stainless steel sheets and profiles are easy to shift and deform, resulting in uneven gaps and dimensional out-of-tolerance. Regularly clear debris inside positioning holes to guarantee precise fixture fitting. Select tables with anti-spatter and wear-resistant surface treatment to resist contamination and simplify daily cleaning work.
